Slimes will be selected at random. You may mention your texture preferences in the "order notes" section during checkout but it is not guaranteed. Slimes included in our mystery section are a mix of slimes shown on our website, prototypes of new slimes we will be releasing, and separate unique slimes we make specially for mystery slime orders.

  • Wash your hands before and after touching your slime. Throughout the day your hands collect germs and produce oils. This will result in your slime being more likely to stick to your hands.
  • Slime does dry! Keep your slime in the air tight container provided and (closed all the way) to prevent drying.
  • Be cautious to keep slime away from hair, clothing, carpet, etc.
  • Slime may melt! Keep away from direct sunlight or sources of heat to prevent it from melting. 
  • FULL CARE GUIDE WILL WILL BE PROVIDED ON YOUR CARE CARD (IN ORDER) AND HERE

Hi Avery! I am sorry to hear that your package never arrived. Could you please us with your order number so that I could see if your package was lost in the mail or encountered any other issues?

This is from my firefly slime giveaway! I received a cloud cream that has a pink and white swirl! It is so pretty and was fun to mix! The slime itself is super fun to inflate and it makes great asmr! It has a great scent as well! Overall a great slime and I highly recommend firefly’s slimes!

Bit of a bummer

I have made several slime purchases over the years with firefly. My last order was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the mystery slime but honestly thought (because of the photo next to the purchase selection) it was 4 mini slimes.. my error completely BUT the slime I received was just a plain slime with no bells or whistles. It also arrived so gooey sticky even after using the enclosed powder. The overall experience was just a bit disappointing, it made me not want to buy slime instead of me wanting more.

Hi Wendy! Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to give some clarification on the listing to clear up any confusion. I just double-checked your order in case any incorrect items were sent but it looks like you had purchased one mystery slime.

The listing states 'This listing includes 1 slime.' in bold to make sure there is no miscommunication with the quantities. Multiple slimes are shown in the image to show possibilities of what you could receive in the order. If you were interested in trying out our mini bundles to try out new textures/scents/colors, there is a different listing for that on my online shop that I would recommend!

Slimes arriving a little sticky can be normal due to the ingredients in slime and any temperature changes during transit but borax power is provided complimentary in each package. Please remember to dilute the power into warm water first and not add the powder directly to the slime as instructed on the care card. This is a common mistake that does not fix any stickiness.
Overall I am sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience with us. I will definitely take your feedback into consideration and find ways to more clearly communicate that the mystery slime is 1 item, likely by adding a disclaimer in the photo as well in case others do not read the description. Thank you again for your feedback!
