Slimes included in our mystery section are a mix of slimes shown on our website, prototypes of new slimes we will be releasing, and separate unique slimes we make specially for mystery slime orders.

    🧼 Wash Your Hands

    Always wash your hands before and after playing with your slime. Clean, dry hands help prevent germs, oils, and dirt from transferring to the slime, which can make it sticky over time.

    🫙 Store It Properly

    Slime can dry out if exposed to air! Always keep it in the airtight container provided, ensuring the lid is fully closed after each use.

    ⚠️ Play With Care

    Avoid letting your slime touch hair, clothing, carpet, or any porous surfaces. It’s best to play with your slime on a clean, smooth surface.

    ☀️ Avoid Heat and Sunlight

    Slime can melt if exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Keep it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

    📦 Care Card Included

    Don’t worry—your order comes with a printed care card for easy reference! Keep it handy to help troubleshoot any slime issues.

Hi Avery! I am sorry to hear that your package never arrived. Could you please us with your order number so that I could see if your package was lost in the mail or encountered any other issues?

Bit of a bummer

I have made several slime purchases over the years with firefly. My last order was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the mystery slime but honestly thought (because of the photo next to the purchase selection) it was 4 mini slimes.. my error completely BUT the slime I received was just a plain slime with no bells or whistles. It also arrived so gooey sticky even after using the enclosed powder. The overall experience was just a bit disappointing, it made me not want to buy slime instead of me wanting more.

Hi Wendy! Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to give some clarification on the listing to clear up any confusion. I just double-checked your order in case any incorrect items were sent but it looks like you had purchased one mystery slime.

The listing states 'This listing includes 1 slime.' in bold to make sure there is no miscommunication with the quantities. Multiple slimes are shown in the image to show possibilities of what you could receive in the order. If you were interested in trying out our mini bundles to try out new textures/scents/colors, there is a different listing for that on my online shop that I would recommend!

Slimes arriving a little sticky can be normal due to the ingredients in slime and any temperature changes during transit but borax power is provided complimentary in each package. Please remember to dilute the power into warm water first and not add the powder directly to the slime as instructed on the care card. This is a common mistake that does not fix any stickiness.
Overall I am sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience with us. I will definitely take your feedback into consideration and find ways to more clearly communicate that the mystery slime is 1 item, likely by adding a disclaimer in the photo as well in case others do not read the description. Thank you again for your feedback!

I loved the surprise! I got a cloud cream slime and it is amazing for sizzles with nice pops!

Loved the slime, bf added activated when it didn't need one and it's been hard since sadly

Decent.. But not “Wow”

I selected that I like a slime that has a lot of “pops and crackles”. I got a fluffy slime. Doesn’t pop too well. It did however smell super amazing, it was pink bubblegum scented. My daughter left the lid off one night so it’s already dried out and I’m out $12.. Sigh. Next time I’ll buy exactly what I want instead.
