Each package from fireflyslime includes the following:

Your ordered items: Whether you ordered slime, supplies, or merchandise, items are packaged in either bubble wrap bags and/or packing peanuts to ensure safety during shipping. Each slime is crafted with care, ensuring the perfect texture and scent.

Instructional Guide: A detailed guide card is included to help you get the most out of your slimes. It covers usage tips, storage advice, and instructions on how to make slime activator with the included complimentary borax powder.

Borax Power: Each slime order includes a complimentary small plastic bag of borax power, which is a key ingredient to making slime activator. Please follow the slime care guide for instructions on how to make slime activator. Slime activator can be used to fix any melted or sticky slime. This power is not edible.

Special Surprises: Occasionally, we like to include a little extra surprise in our packages, whether it's extra slimes, stickers, merchandise, or other things!

No, our slimes are NOT edible. While some of our slimes may look and smell incredibly realistic and delicious, they are strictly for sensory play and not for consumption.

Clear Instructions: Each slime package includes clear instructions and warnings about the non-edible nature of the product. Make sure to read and follow these guidelines carefully.

Allergy Awareness: Be aware of any potential allergies to ingredients used in slimes. Although uncommon, some individuals might have sensitivities to certain components. Allergies to latex are correlated to allergies to PVA glue.

Proper Storage: Store slime out of reach of small children and pets when not in use. This helps prevent accidental ingestion and keeps the slime in good condition for future play.
Remember, while our slimes are designed to provide a delightful sensory experience, they are meant exclusively for play. If ingestion occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
Shipping & Handling
Yes! We currently ship worldwide! Please be aware that international shipments take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Customers are responsible for additional fees, customs, taxes, duties, etc.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are determined by a combination of factors, including the weight of the items in your package and the distance from our location to the package's destination. This ensures that you receive the most accurate and fair shipping rate based on your specific order.
Additionally, we periodically offer promotions and discounts on shipping, so be sure to check our website and follow us on social media for any current deals!
During checkout, you will be given the option to select from USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class package (if your package is light enough in weight to qualify). Please be aware that there is an estimated 1-14 day processing time prior to shipment to allow us to process all orders and package shipments. The shipping method selected at checkout does NOT account for our processing time. Customers must agree to our shipping policies at checkout.
After processing, USPS First Class takes 1-5 business days to arrive and USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive. International shipping may take a few weeks to arrive.
Packages may be subject to delays due to high volume of orders. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays, however customers are emailed tracking numbers so that they can check the status of their shipment real-time!
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missin. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped, we recommend the following steps to assist you in locating your package:

Check Around Your Property: Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and any other safe places where the package might have been left. It’s also a good idea to ask your neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf.

Contact the Shipping Carrier: If your package is not located, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. They can provide more detailed information and assistance based on your tracking number.

Wait 48 Hours: If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours. Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered a little before their actual arrival.

Reach Out to Us: If you still haven't received your package after following these steps, please contact us at support@fireflyslime.com . While our control is limited after shipping, we will do our best to assist you with the information available.

We understand how disappointing it can be to have a package returned. This usually happens due to invalid addresses or recipients declining the delivery. If your order has been returned to us, please contact us at support@fireflyslime.com with your order number. We'll check on the package's status for you.
Please note that it may take some time for the package to make its way back to us. Once it arrives, we'll attempt to reach out to you via the email address on file with the order.
Unclaimed returned packages will eventually be disposed of. If you'd like us to attempt another delivery, please email us to arrange this. An additional shipping fee may apply, as we're unable to use the same paid postage for a second shipment.

If you realize that you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at support@fireflyslime.com. If we receive your message before your package has shipped, we'll be happy to update the address for you.
We encourage customers to double-check their shipping addresses on the checkout confirmation page and in their order confirmation email to prevent any issues. While we strive to accommodate address changes, we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.

Slime Care Guide
Fixing Melted Slime
Slime melting is a natural process and can be easily fixed with the borax powder included in your order. Borax powder is not edible and should not be consumed.
Follow these steps to make your borax powder into activator solution:
How to Make Slime Activator
1️⃣ Dissolve Borax: Pour the borax powder from the provided baggie into a cup or bowl.
2️⃣ Add Water: Mix in 1/2 cup of warm or hot water until mix until the borax is completely dissolved.
3️⃣ Activate Your Slime: Add a few drops of the solution to your melted slime. Knead and stretch it to fully incorporate. Repeat as needed but avoid using too much to prevent hardening. If you accidentally overactivated the slime, it will melt back to a softer consistency over time. You can help speed up this process by holding the slime and using the heat from your hands to slowly melt it.
4️⃣ Store Safely: Keep any leftover activator in a labeled container for future use. Remember, borax is not safe for consumption, so store it carefully.

Tips for Slime Maintenance
💧 Wash Your Hands
Clean hands keep your slime less sticky and more fun to play with! Oils and dirt from unwashed hands can make slime feel more "oily" or "wet".🔄 Inflating & Deflating Slime
It’s normal for slime to inflate with air bubbles during play and deflate as the bubbles escape. This is all part of the slime experience! T inflate, pull and stretch your slime to help incorporate air bubble into the slime. To help it deflate, start by squeezing out as much of the air bubbles in your slime as you can.🫙 Prevent Drying
Always store your slime in the airtight container provided. Make sure it’s fully closed after each use to prevent it from drying out. If you inflated your slime or it does not fit back into the container for any reason, closing it in a Ziplock or airtight bag is a great temporary solution until the slime goes back to its original size.⚠️ Play Safely
Keep slime away from hair, clothing, carpet, and porous surfaces. To remove slime from carpet, hair, or clothes, first scrape off as much slime as possible with your hands or a tool. Mix equal parts white vinegar and warm water, then pour or spray it onto the stain. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to soften the slime, then blot the area with a clean cloth, working from the edges inward. Rinse with warm water and blot dry with a towel. Repeat if needed, and vacuum the area once dry to restore the carpet’s texture.☀️ Avoid Heat
Slime melts when exposed to sunlight, heat, or body warmth for too long. Keep it in a cool place and have activator handy if it becomes sticky. Quick tip: when playing with slime, play with fast motions and avoid letting the slime sit in the palm of your hands as your hands release a lot of body heat.
