Shipping policy

Packages are subject to shipping delays. 

The shipping timeframe selected at checkout applies ONLY to the shipping method selected after your order is packaged. It does not include our processing time frame of 1-14 business days. 

Customers are responsible for paying any required shipping fees as well as any fees associated with international shipments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, we are not obligated to over additional shipping fees for reshipping a package that was delivered to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Fireflyslime is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We cannot make changes to your package/order once your item has been marked as shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier to find your package. We send tracking confirmation emails once your package is shipped. You may request proof of shipment and the shipping date as well as the according tracking number.
