Every item is crafted for you. Due to the ingredients in our slimes, our shop does not accept returns or exchanges.
We ask you to not send your packages back to the seller. We do not regularly check our mailbox unless we are aware of incoming mail. In the case that any packages are returned, we will be required to dispose of the items because we do not re-ship used products to new customers for safety and sanitary reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Prior to shipment, if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the name you ordered with for verification. Please double-check that the information you entered is correct before submitting your order to prevent the package arriving to the wrong household. After shipment, we are unable to make changes to your order and you will be unable to request cancellations.
Items Arrived Damaged?
We are not responsible for any damages caused during shipment, but we will do our best to help you. If your item was damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com and send clear photos of the damage along with any photos of the packaging along with your order information. If refunds are issued, please allow 24 hours for your funds to be returned to the original method of payment.
Fireflyslime products are not for resale. This policy is put in place for the safety of our customers and shop. We take extra precautions to keep each product sanitary for our customers. We strongly discourage purchasing products that carry our brand’s name if it is not directly from our website. If you chose to purchase from a reseller, we cannot guarantee quality and are not responsible for the condition or hygiene of the product you receive. If you are caught violating this policy, you may be banned from further purchasing from Fireflyslime.
