return & refund policies
Every item is crafted for you. Due to the ingredients in our slimes, our shop does not accept returns or exchanges.
We ask you to not send your packages back to the seller. We do not regularly check our mailbox unless we are aware of incoming mail. In the case that any packages are returned, we will be required to dispose of the items because we do not re-ship used products to new customers for safety reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Prior to shipment, if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please include your order number and the name you ordered with for verification. Please double-check that the information you entered is correct before submitting your order to prevent the package arriving to the wrong household. After shipment, we are unable to make changes to your order and you will be unable to request cancellations.
Items Arrived Damaged?
After delivery, we do not accept refunds unless the item you received does not match with the description of the listing you had purchased. We are not responsible for damages made during shipment and after it has reached the post office, but we will do our best to help contact the post office and provide refunds when appropriate. If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photos of the damage along with any photos of the packaging along with our order information. If refunds are issued, please allow 24 hours for your funds to be returned to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. We will do the best we can to make sure you have the best experience with us.
